How do I make sure my serum is heat inactivated?

If you are requesting a quote from your GeminiBio Account Manager, please make sure heat inactivation (HI) is included on your quote.  Our ecommerce store ( will allow you to select heat inactivation on all applicable sera products.  Once you add the sera to your cart, you will have the option to select heat inactivation for the applicable products.  You will also receive an order confirmation that will detail heat inactivation was requested as well. If you are emailing a copy of your purchase order for processing, please make sure the purchase order includes Heat Inactivation and the number of bottles to heat inactivate.  If you have any question, please email our Customer Service team at
